One session workshops are based on the same learning method as workshops with multiple sessions. They inclua include research or discovery phase followed by a co-designing and a creative session based on a range of choosable recycling techniques. In one-time workshops, the sources for the research phase are ensured by locally available art books furnished by the trainers and/or image and artwork databases on the Internet. Newly discovered visual elements are appropriated through the practices. Participant also improve their skills in audio-visual content making and visual storytelling by the workshop's visual documentation: they film each other's and their own work in progress as well as its results with the trainer's help. At the end, while documenting the work(s), a small discussion is organised to share their thoughts about what they learnt.
