In one-time workshops, the sources for the research phase are ensured by locally available art books furnished by the trainers and/or image and artwork databases on the internet. Newly discovered visual element are appropriated through the practices. Participant also improve their skills in audio-visual content making and visual story-telling by the workshop's visual documentation : they film each other's and their own work in progress as well as its results with the trainer's help.
